Home counties
[edit]This template seems to list all towns in the home counties, instead of ones in the Commuter Belt. I recommend this source be used to decide which towns are and aren't in the belt and smaller towns which arent on this list but are between larger towns which are and London be put on here as well. Also putting London Boroughs on this template might be useful Eopsid (talk) 20:27, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Both good ideas which I personally support.Rangoon11 (talk) 23:10, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- I have added london boroughs to the template and made the towns listed more in line with the source I mentioned above but they still may be missing towns which aren't mentioned. Eopsid (talk) 15:16, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
Refocus
[edit]This is a random collection of things. If it is supposed to be the "commuter belt" it shouldn't include London. If it is supposed to be showing a definition of the wider SE region we should use the list of "Urban Areas within the commuter belt". These towns don't feature in the article and should be a list article (if at all) and not a template. MRSC (talk) 07:15, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
- The Commuter Belt is just another word for metropolitan area so the London Commuter Belt does include London. Eopsid (talk) 10:57, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
Re-add London boroughs etc?
[edit]If the above is true and the commuter belt is to be a synonym for the metro area, as indicated by the fact that the "London commuter belt" article has since been moved to "London metropolitan area", should the London borough section be re-added to this template (that was was removed in 2014)?
